Purpose/Significance To construct an intelligent laboratory test platform，and to meet the demands for clinical laboratory analysis. Method/Process Relying on big data and artificial intelligence(AI)technologies，an intelligent laboratory report interpreta-tion and auxiliary diagnosis platform is constructed，which includes the data source layer，data quality control layer，underlying model layer and functional application layer. Result/Conclusion The platform supports rapid interpretation of laboratory indicators，laboratory data mining and analysis，speciallized disease interpretation，facilitating the intelligent transformation of hospital laboratory testing，and improving patients’medical experience.
