Purpose/Significance To construct a venous thromboembolism(VTE)prevention and management platform，and to pro-vide intelligent and data-driven support for clinical diagnosis，treatment and prevention，thereby reducing the incidence of VTE in hos-pitals. Method/Process Deeply integrated with hospital information systems，focusing on four core modules:data governance，rule en-gine，full-process quality control，and mobile terminal services，an intelligent VTE prevention and management platform is constructed.A full-process quality control management system covering both inside and outside the hospital is established to achieve precise informa-tion push and closed-loop management of VTE prevention and treatment throughout the patient's life cycle. Result/Conclusion The platform has effectively enhanced the quality and level of VTE prevention and treatment throughout the hospital，yielding significant so-cial and economic benefits.
