Purpose/Significance To explore the current state，research hotspots and frontiers in the field of clinical auxiliary diag-nosis based on multimodal large language model(MLLM)，and to provide references for subsequent research. Method/Process The rel-evant literatures of MLLM applying in the field of clinical auxiliary diagnosis from 2016 to 2025 are retrieved and screened from theWeb of Science core collection. Using CiteSpace and R language，analysis are conducted from the dimensions of annual literature quan-tity，country/region，research institution，core author and keywords.
