Purpose/Significance To scientifically evaluate the efficiency of home-based community elderly care services in Guang-zhou，so as to provide a decision-making basis for optimizing the allocation of service resources and improving service level. Method/ Process Objective assessment data of elderly care service centers in 8 administrative districts of Guangzhou are selected. The entropyweight method is used to determine indicator weights，and the TOPSIS method is combined to comprehensively measure and rank the ser-vice efficiency of each district. Result/Conclusion There are significant differences in the efficiency of home-based community elderlycare services among different districts in Guangzhou. Service quality and facility equipment conditions are the key factors influencingoverall efficiency. Accordingly，it is proposed that targeted measures，such as strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration，optimizing resource allocation，and deepening the empowerment of information technology，should be taken to enhance service performance.
