    摘要:

    目的 /意义探索知识图谱与图计算驱动的隐性诊疗逻辑量化解析方法,为中医古籍数字化与临床应用提供参考。方法 /过程构建涵盖“证候 -方剂 -药材”的知识图谱,引入度中心性、 Dice相似系数、最短路径搜索及闭环检测等图计算方法,量化解析核心药材与配伍网络特征,研发集成检索与智能推荐功能的智慧服务平台。结果 /结论构建含 480个实体与 711条关系的知识图谱,通过图计算方法量化揭示古籍中隐含的核心药材地位、方剂衍生脉络及关联逻辑,“图谱 -“药 -证”通过平台实现静态古籍经验向动态辅助开方的转化。

    Abstract:

    Purpose/Significance To explore a quantitative analysis method for implicit diagnostic and therapeutic logic driven byknowledge graphs and graph computing,and to provide references for the digitalization and clinical application of ancient books of tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM). Method/Process A knowledge graph encompassing“syndromes,prescriptions,and medicinal herbs” is constructed. Graph computing methods such as degree centrality,Dice similarity,shortest paths search and closed-loop detection areemployed to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of core herbs and their compatibility networks. A intelligent service platform inte-grating retrieval and intelligent recommendation functionalities is developed. Result/Conclusion A knowledge graph comprising 480 en-tities and 711 relations is established. The implicit status of core herbs,the derivation lineage of prescriptions,and the“herb-syndrome”association logic within the ancient books are revealed through graph computing methods. The transformation of static histori-cal medical experience into dynamic auxiliary prescription is achieved through the platform. The proposed“graph-algorithm-platform” paradigm effectively bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.
